If you’ve already started the signup process but want to make changes, you’ll have to reach out to Instacart Care. We can help you make updates to your role, location, and personal information.
Changing your personal information
To update your personal information, select the Submit a request link at the bottom of this page.
- Fill in your name and email address so we can get in touch
- Include your full name and phone number so we can locate your account
- In the description of your request, include the information you need to correct
A representative will reach out once we’ve had a chance to review your message.
Signing up for a new role
To sign up as a full-service shopper when you are currently an in-store shopper, or vice versa, you will have to request that we reset your signup process. You can do this by scrolling down and selecting Submit a request at the bottom of this page. Before submitting your request, make sure you understand the difference between the two types of roles with Instacart.
You can then start over with the signup process.
Please note—we can’t guarantee available slots for any role or region. You’ll see what roles are open in your area once you re-enter your information on the signup screen.
Changing your location
Before contacting us to change your location, please check if we’re in the area! You can view Instacart’s current locations at instacart.com/locations.
To change your location, select the Submit a request link at the bottom of this page.
- Fill in your name and email address so we can get in touch
- Include your full name and phone number so we can locate your account
- In the description of your request, specify the postal code for the new region where you’d like to shop.
A representative will reach out once we’ve had a chance to review your message.
