During the onboarding process, you may have received notification that you need to attend an in-person session. To schedule a session, please select from the available times and locations displayed.

Scheduling an in-person session
I don’t see any available in-person sessions
If you don’t see any openings for an onboarding session, don’t worry, new slots are added by the local Ops team weekly, usually every Monday or Tuesday. You will receive an email alert when new slots open up.
You can check for new openings at any time by logging in at: https://shoppers.instacart.com/. Click on the Log in button in the upper right hand corner to log in with your phone number.
I received a notification that there are onboarding slots available, but when I click the link I don’t see any open slots.
Due to high demand, these slots usually fill up very quickly. Please keep checking back!
Can you double check if there are any openings that aren’t showing up online?
At this time, we are unable to schedule an in-person interview for you manually. All available onboarding sessions will show up online.
Rescheduling or cancelling an in-person session
You can change the date and time of your in-person interview at any time.
Visit https://shoppers.instacart.com/ and click on the Log in button in the upper right hand corner to log into with your phone number.
Once logged in, you’ll see the option to select a different time and date for your onboarding session.
If needed, you can cancel your onboarding session altogether. When you’re ready to continue the process, log back into sign up for a new time and date.
Please keep in mind: in-person onboarding sessions can fill up quickly. If you anticipate not being able to make the session you’ve booked, consider rescheduling or canceling to release the slot to others.
