I can’t start a new sign-up session
If you’re having trouble creating a new onboarding session, consider the following:
- Make sure you’re on shoppers.instacart.com for US sign-up; shoppers.instacart.ca in Canada.
- If you’re receiving a ‘Phone/Email has already been taken’ message: You may have already started the process with us. Try clicking Log In in the upper right hand corner of the page, and enter your phone number at the login prompt.
I can’t log back into my session
If you’re having trouble logging in so that you can continue your onboarding session, try these:
- Confirm you’re on the correct sign-up page for your country, and you’ve clicked Log in in the upper right hand corner
- Make sure you’re in an area with good reception/connectivity to receive the SMS message with the code.
- Double check the phone number you’ve entered is correct.
- Make sure you have access to the device associated with that number to retrieve the confirmation code via text or phone call.
- If you do not see an SMS message within a couple minutes, try Resend Code.
- You can also choose to have the system Call you with an audio description of the code.
